We happily take back unworn products for store credit, exchange or refund.
- Product must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Product must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all original tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on any return or exchange not due to an incorrect or damaged product; however, we will ship your replacement at no additional charge.
- If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase you will not receive a refund or credit for the value of the discount. Instead, the refund or credit will be applied only to the actual amount paid at time of purchase.
- If a product is marked with „Final Sale“ in the product description we are not eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange.
- Online products may not be returned or exchanged at any of our retail shops.
If there is an issue with a product or an error on your order, email email@example.com or sent us a quick message in the chat on our website, we will assist you. If we’ve sent you a wrong or a damaged product, we will take care of return shipping and ship a replacement at no additional charge to you.
Our return process is easy and uncomplicated. Please visit the website below to process a return/exchange.
Once we received the returned product, please allow 7 to 10 business days for the product to be verified and processed by our returns department. The original price of the product plus any applicable tax will be credited back to your original form of payment.
Once the returned product is received, we will process a new order for your exchange and ship it to you. Additional costs for shipping have to be covered from you. If the new product is a higher price, we will contact you for additional payment; if the new product is a lower price, we will refund the difference to your original form of payment. If you request an exchange for an out of stock product, we will issue a store credit.
